Made from Dartmoor wool and entirely manufactured in the UK, twool continues doing good after it’s working life by releasing nitrogen as it biodegrades on the compost heap.
Our stripe twine for crafting, floristry, gift wrapping and gardening is also available in a range of other natural colours.
Purple and white twine is strong and because it withstands our British weather, makes it excellent for traditional garden use. Made from underused rare-breed wool, it is soft and kind to plants and is also wonderfully versatile.
British wool is still an underused resource in the UK: we grow it well, it is renewable, strong and durable and, as a natural product, it releases nitrogen as it biodegrades. What’s not to love about that!
