How much will postage cost?
WE NOW OFFER FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £150!
We like to keep things as simple as possible. All items are posted using Royal Mail fist class post with the following costs:
- Spend over £150 – FREE
- Spend under £150 UK – £3.70
Where do you post to?
We post anywhere within the UK.
Unfortunately we are unable to take orders from countries outside of the UK at this time. If you are outside of the UK and are interested in our products please call us on +44 1364 654467 as we may be able to supply larger orders to some countries on request.
How long will my twool take to come?
Our lovely couriers will be delivering your twool as quickly as possible. We try to deliver all items to you within 5 working days of recieving the order. Once you have placed your order, you will recieve an email informing you of dispatch.
How do I return stuff?
We know you’ll love our products, but if you need to send anything back for whatever reason then that’s no biggy. Just drop us an email at info@twool.co.uk or give us a call on 01364 654 467 immediately after receiving your lovely twool products to let us know what’s wrong and then send it back within 14 days, simple.
