The week might have started with unseasonal temperatures and squally rain but it also brings with it National Parks Week 2015! The theme for this year’s parks week is Landscapes of Plenty which is something that resonates with us here at twool HQ as we live, work and survive within Dartmoor National Park.
Isn’t it beautiful?
The National Park have supported everything we’ve been doing here at twool HQ from the very beginning – as far back as 2012! Since then the lovely people over at Dartmoor National Park have worked with us to produce the label for the twool dog leads to promote the Paws on Dartmoor campaign as well as stock twool products under The Dartmoor Range at their visitor centres.
You can join in with National Parks Week yourself by calling into any of the award winning National Park Visitor Centres (you can find these at Haytor, Postbridge and Princetown) or simply get out and explore the moors – walking, cycling or letterboxing and enjoy the beauty of its breath-taking landscapes it’s people and animals.

The project is hosted by Dartmoor National Park Authority (DNPA) and funded by Defra, DNPA and the Duchy of Cornwall.
