I must be the only bod on the planet that hasn’t watched Les Mis!!! Those of you who know me KNOW that I love a good musical! SOOOOO with Rod and Charlotte away, I decided to pour myself a massive GnT and get to grips…
The first 10 mins… oh, challenging… the next 10 mins… oh, sad… the next 10 mins even sadder… the following 10 mins… suicidal… finished the gin, adverts… then the next 10 mins… lost the will to live but SAVED by kitty on my lap who stood up with ears pricked up… something outside?????
Bugger, not locked the front door! Approached said door and looked through the glass to see…
10 bullocks walking past my garage down the drive! In 16 years of living here this has never happened… omen??????
Conclusion? Les Mis is a load of bullocks!!!
AND look what they did to my garden? Bullocks indeed!
Splat!
What a mess!
Poor sweetpeas!
If only the farmer had been as resourceful as this one!
Silver linings… I’m now spending the rest of the week running around and scooping up the freshest farmyard manure for the compost heap!!
