It’s fair to say that we’ve had a great couple of weeks. Chelsea Flower Show is an incredible show to be a part of but as many of you know, it’s a mammoth task for the little peeps like twool! Everyone works so hard to create such a special event and we always have a great time, even if it’s utterly exhausting!

RHS Highly Commended

This year we were particularly proud to have been given a special RHS Highly Commended award for our Garden Nets. twool garden netting has been a long time in product development and we’re thrilled to have the product recognised in this way.

We also got a 4 star gold for our stand and we really couldn’t have done that without our sponsors. So we extend a huge thank you to Sicor for sponsoring the stand. Monty Don at Chelsea Flower Show - British Academy of Floral Art

As well as developing the twool nets for general garden netting, we’ve also been working closely with Queens University Belfast on trials for growing and harvesting sea kelp on twool! This is going well and we’re super excited. Gardening the ocean is just as important for sustainability and the wider environment. Here’s a sneak peek of the results so far. Reducing plastic usage and lowering our carbon footprint doesn’t end in our own gardens. Working collaboratively across various ecosystems will benefit the wider environment for everybody.
